Welcome to the NHS Hospitals in England and Wales Vacation Placement website. We are currently accepting applications for the Summer 2008 intake.

This site is currently for the West Midlands region only. For other regions, please contact the hospitals directly.

The deadline for applications to the West Midlands region is 29 February 2008.

The placements will not necessarily start on 1st June 2008 but this is an indication of when the placements could start. Successful applicants should discuss or be advised of a start date on interview.

To get started, you must first register with Pharmalife. This is quick and easy and, of course, free of charge. If you have already registered, log in at the top of this page.

To find out how to use the system, please click on How to apply on the left-hand bar. When you are in the system you will find each page has a Help link in the upper right-hand corner. If you have any questions on the page, just click on Help and a window will open offering you assistance.

In order to use this site you must either be a pharmacy student at a United Kingdom university.
